Large-scale management and delivery of a portfolio of initiatives

Management of PMO providing end to end governance and delivery capability for Suncorp's Insurance Australian operations. Delivered a portfolio of initiatives with a budget of approximately $60m pa. Lead a team of 60 specialists including portfolio, program and project managers; change managers; business analysts; project specialists. Management of DevOps teams providing enhancements to existing technology solutions using Agile practices.

Management of the project to move the Suncorp Groups New Zealand's brands and products onto the Guidewire ClaimCenter platform using Agile.

Provided support for numerous Personal Insurance initiatives including the definition of new Target Operating Model for Home Claims and associated program of work.
