Complex Brand Consolidation

SUNCORP Group - Building Blocks Home Claims

Management of a large scale and complex project that successfully consolidated Suncorp, GIO, AAMI, APIA, Shannons, Vero and CIL brands onto a common Home Claims business model and platform (Guidewire ClaimCenter). The project also provided a new award winning (AIIA & Guidewire) Vendor Access Management Portal to external parties.The project was delivered in a short timeframe using the Agile development and delivered a very successful outcome for the business.

In addition, we undertook program/project management assurance across Personal Insurance project portfolio and was lead for PI partnering initiatives. Worked with group Agile CoE to embed Agile practices into business projects and programs.
